You decide what kWh price to charge for visitor parking, and the administration doesn’t require any extra work. Many housing associations and businesses choose to charge a higher kWh price for visitors than for residents or employees.

Normally, lack of power isn’t a problem when a housing association wants to install EV charging with Waybler. Our unique load balancing means there’s usually no need to scale up power or upgrade to a larger contract. In cases where power is genuinely limited and the current need for EV charging isn’t too large, you can connect a so-called flex meter that balances the property’s available power against the chargers.
