If we distribute our resources smarter, they last longer. With the right mindset and technology, the power is sufficient for all electric car drivers – today and in the future. Waybler offers a solution for sustainable and cost-effective charging where the car is usually parked.
More electric cars pose challenges for society. A key factor in electrification is to create sustainable charging with wise management of existing electricity capacity. Waybler works towards making the large-scale transition to electric cars a reality, and contrary to what many claim, they see no problems in charging more cars with today’s capacity.
-If we distribute resources smarter, they last longer. For electrification to be feasible, we must think differently and create charging that is sustainable in every aspect: cost-effective, resource-efficient, and easily accessible, says Kurt Högnelid, founder and CEO of Waybler.
Waybler’s philosophy is to use existing electricity more efficiently. With a Swedish-built charging station, proprietary software, and innovative load balancing, the electricity reaches more vehicles.
-Thanks to our unique load balancing, the electricity always goes where it’s needed most at the moment. With Waybler’s technology, we can charge more cars on existing electricity: up to six times as many vehicles as a conventional charging solution, says Kurt Högnelid.
Comprehensive solution for half the market
Waybler’s vision is sustainable and cost-effective charging where the car is usually parked, at home or at work. Therefore, they only focus on half of the market; on the apartment where one lives and the place where one works. Their customers are companies, condominium associations, joint properties, and municipalities.
-Our solution is optimized for situations where multiple vehicles charge simultaneously, and we are one of the few companies solely focused on this part of the market. Because we only work with the garage and parking segment, we can significantly reduce installation costs, and with Waybler, there is no need for expanded power subscriptions or groundwork to increase the property’s capacity. Our solution is designed to be as simple as possible for the customer, it can be tailored to their needs and scaled up as demand increases, says Kurt Högnelid.
